How to book

Semi-private tours

Private tours

  1. Go to the Book now Button.
  2. Pick the date you prefer and see the tours that are available on that day.
  3. Click on the tour you like and enter the number of people who are going to participate (max. 9 participants).
  4. Click "Continue".
  5. Fill the form with your contact information.
  6. Check the declaration checkbox after you've read the participation requirements.
  7. Select payment type (if you want to pay only the deposit or the whole amount)
  8. Check the summary and click "Confirm".
  9. If you have any additional notes you can write them down at the next step.
  10. Check the summary and click ''Proceed to payment".
  11. You will be redirected to a safe online payment environment by "Viva Wallet".
  12. Select the payment method you want and pay.
  13. If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. 
  14. After you complete your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible for your tour's details.

Payment methods & policy

We provide you a totally secure payment environment on our website, to be able to pay online and reserve your spot in our kayak tours in time! Check the FAQs below to find out more information about the payment methods and the cancellation and refunds policy.

How can I pay?

In order to complete a reservation for one of our tours, you have to pay in advance a small deposit. The rest of the amount you can pay in our meeting point the day of our tour (cash or credit card). There is also the option to pay the hole amount straight from our web site if you wish, when you make your reservation. At the day of our tour you will receive our official legal receipt for our services to your e-mail.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before our tour with a full refund! You can contact us through our e-mail and we will make a full refund of your deposit or full payment. If you want to cancel your participation after this period of 24 hours the deposit payment will not be refunded. If you prepaid the full amount in advance and you want to cancel after the 24 hours limit, it will be refunded to you the amount minus the deposit that equals your reservation!

(In case of a refund, usually it needs 2-3 working days to be visible to your bank account)

When can I get a refund of my booking?

A full Refund is possible if you wish to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the Start of your tour. After that point the deposit is not refundable.

In case of a cancelation of your tour due to weather conditions or other reasons from our side, of course a full refund will be made to you!

Can I make my reservation by contacting you and not through your website??

We created an easy way to check availability on the days of your interest, in real time and book your reservation, while we collect the information, we need in order to contact you for the details!

But if you wish to book your participation on a tour by contacting us directly, its possible. Delays on our response is possible, but usually we are available 24/7.
